Attorney Richard Varchetto of Elmhurst, IL; lying loser

The state of Illinois presented Richard M. Varchetto with a law license in 1981 after he graduated from John Marshall Law School in Chicago.

The Disciplinary Commission found Dick guilty of the following misconduct.

• Misrepresented [lied] the status of a case to a trial court
• Filed a court pleading containing false information
• Failed to communicate with client

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Dick by gifting him with a stayed complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license. 

As we speak (ca. August 2015), Dick practices at 105 South York Street in Elmhurst, Illinois.
