Attorney Nick Mlade of Westmont, IL; lying loser

The state of Illinois presented Nick John Mlade with a law license in 1970.

The Disciplinary Commission found Nicky guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in multiple conflicts of interest
• Breached fiduciary duties to client on numerous occasions
• Delegated client representation to another attorney w/o client’s consent
• Engaged in improper business transaction with client
• Offered false evidence to quasi-judicial bodies

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Nicky by gifting him with a complimentary 3-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. August 2015), Nicky practices at 105 Prairie Drive in Westmont, Illinois.
