The state of Pennsylvania presented Wayne S. Stander with a law license in 1980

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Wayne guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to promptly deliver funds owing to client or third party
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Wayne by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. July 2015) Wayne practices at 50 Eagle Lane in Reading, Pennsylvania.
