Attorney Cheri Robinson of East Norriton, PA; cheating Dumbo

The state of Pennsylvania presented Lawrence Cheri S. Williams Robinson with a law license in 2002.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Cheri guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (Dumbo)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to consult with client as to means to accomplish client objectives
• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
• Negotiated and accepted excessive fee (cheater)
• Failed to expedite client litigation
• Failed to comply with client requests for information
• Failed to explain matter to extent necessary to permit client to make informed decisions regarding representation
• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Failed to deposit advance fee payments into trust account
• Billed clients $450 an hour despite lack of experience re: mortgage matters
• Mishandled client funds

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Cheri’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. She previously received two (2) informal admonitions for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Cheri by gifting her with a complimentary 1-year suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. July 2015) Cheri practices at 34 East Germantown Parkway in East Norriton, Pennsylvania.
