Attorney Michael Freeman of Golden, CO; ethical misfit

The state of Colorado provided Michael John Freeman with a law license in 2004 after he graduated from Pepperdine University Law School.

The Colorado State Bar found Mike guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, the California Supreme Court publicly censured respondent, a member of the District Attorney’s Gang Protection team, after he failed to produce statements of a defendant in a homicide proceeding, pursuant to the California Penal Code.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Mike by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. July 2015), Mike practices with the Office of the District Attorney at 500 Jefferson County Parkway in Golden, Colorado.
