Attorney John Petryshyn of Winnipeg, CAN; ethical misfit

The Law Society of Manitoba presented John Petryshyn with a law license in 1971.

The Disciplinary Board of the Law Society of Manitoba found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to honor trust condition
• Accepted trust obligation he knew he could not fulfill

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Manitoba Law Disciplinary Board punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
