Attorney Charles Difazio of Rocky Hill, CT; serial offender

The state of Connecticut provided Charles P. Difazio with a law license in 1966 after he graduated from the University of Connecticut Law School.

The Statewide Grievance Committee found Charlie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Used client funds to pay personal expenses
• Improperly shared legal fees with non-lawyer

As one would suspect this wasn’t Charlie’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received three (3) separate complimentary reprimands for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Charlie by gifting him with a complimentary fourth reprimand.

As we speak (ca. July 2015), Charlie practices at 2138 Silas Deane Highway in Rocky Hill, Connecticut.
