Attorney Sheldon Klein of DC; ethical misfit

The District of Columbia presented Sheldon H. Klein with a law license in 1981.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Sheldon guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Sheldon found it acceptable to violate the rules by engaging in the unauthorized communication with a party he knew was represented by counsel.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the DC Court of Appeals punished Sheldon by gifting him with a complimentary informal admonition.

As we speak (ca. July 2015), Sheldon practices at 600 New Hampshire Avenue NW in Washington, DC.
