Attorney Leroy Jenkins Jr. of DC; ethical misfit

The District of Columbia presented Leroy T. Jenkins Jr. with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from Villanova University Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Leroy guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to provide client with written fee agreement
  • Failed to advise client of rate or basis for hourly fee

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the DC Court of Appeals punished Leroy by gifting him with a complimentary informal admonition.

As we speak (ca. July 2015), Leroy practices at 2400 Sixth Street NW in Washington, DC.
