Attorney R.R. Rochelle Burns of DC; convicted criminal

The District of Columbia presented R.R. Rochelle Burns with a law license in 1988.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Rochelle guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter ,Rochelle was convicted of sexual solicitation. In layman’s terms, he was convicted of soliciting a prostitute.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the DC Court of Appeals punished Rochelle by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. July 2015), Rochelle practices at 2201 L. Street NW in Washington, DC.
