Attorney Mark Tishberg of Milwaukee; lying loser
The state of Wisconsin presented Mark S. Tishberg with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from Marquette University Law School.
The Office of Lawyer Registration (OLR) found Mark guilty of the following misconduct.

Failed to provide clients with written fee agreement

Failed to effect timely service on defendants on behalf of clients

Failed to perfect service on defendants led circuit court to dismiss client’s lawsuit with prejudice (meaning it was barred forever)

Failed to advise clients their lawsuit was dismissed

Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

Lied to client he was negotiating settlement of case that was dismissed

Repeatedly lied to client that case could be settled for $12,000 even though Mark knew the case had already been dismissed

Failed to respond to client inquires regarding status of legal matter

Intentionally deceived client in regards to obtaining a settlement
As a consequence of his misconduct, the Wisconsin Supreme Court punished Mark by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
