Attorney Carl Creedy of Janesville, WI; ethical gremlin

The state of Wisconsin presented Carl H. Creedy with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from the University of Wisconsin Law School.

The Office of Lawyer Registration (OLR) found Carl guilty of the following misconduct.

• Improperly formed business relationship with non-attorney
• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Represented clients with conflicting interests in Social Security disability claims without obtaining their informed consent to so act
• Failed to disclose basis for business relationship in writing

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Wisconsin Supreme Court punished Carl by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. July 2015), Carl practices with the Creedy Law Office at 2024 east Delavan Drive in Janesville, Wisconsin.
