Attorney Stephen Cody of Palmetto Bay, FL; ethical dwarf

The state of Florida provided Stephen Michael Cody with a law license in 1981 after he graduated from the University of Florida Law School.

The Florida State Bar found Stevie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Found in contempt for failure to comply with suspension order
• Ordered to pay restitution to client of $13,000
• After one year failed to pay the $13,000 in restitution

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Stevie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. April 2016), Stevie practices with Stephen Cody PA at 16610 SW 82^nd Court in Palmetto Bay, Florida.
