Attorney Jennifer Jones of Concord, NH; Dumbo

The state of New Hampshire presented Jennifer Jones with a law license in 1995.

The Professional Conduct Committee on Professional Standards found Jenny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (Dumbo)
• Violated or attempted to violate Rules of Conduct, knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another
• Engaged in improper dealings with unrepresented person
• Failed to safeguard client funds

As a consequence of her misconduct her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Professional Conduct Committee punished Jenny by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2015), Jenny practices in Concord, New Hampshire.
