Attorney Erik Simensen of Concord, NH; ethical misfit

The state of New Hampshire presented Erik J. Simensen with a law license in 2004 after he graduated from New Hampshire University Law School.

The Professional Conduct Committee on Professional Standards found Erik guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in the illegal practice of law in North Carolina
• Engaged in negligent conduct
• The victims of Erik’s misconduct were vulnerable
• Ignorant of the impropriety of his conduct

As a consequence of his misconduct his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Professional Conduct Committee punished Erik by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2015), Erik practices in Concord, New Hampshire.
