Unfortunately, Judge Cathryn Doyle has been sitting on the Albany County Surrogate Court since Jan. 2000. Prior to that, she served as the Chief Clerk of the c
 ourt for twenty (20) years. 
Judge Cathryn Doyle received her law license in 1979. This means that she’s had her significant snout firmly implanted in the “public trough” since. It’s pretty obvious that no self-respecting law office in the greater Albany, New York area was about to offer Judge Cathryn Doyle a job as an associate and/or partner (ca. 1980-2010), which clearly means, in my opinion that she was a well-recognized and respected moron amongst her peers.
On Feb. 18, 2005, the New York Judicial Commission filed an ethics complaint against Judge Cathryn Doyle for engaging in misconduct.
The charged misconduct related to Judge Doyle’s efforts to support yet another well-respected Judicial Misfit by the name of Judge Thomas J. In February and June 2004, Judge Cathryn Doyle gave testimony before the Judicial Commission concerning her activities with the “Thomas J. Spargo Legal Expense Trust (Spargo trust), which was established to raise monies for the benefit of Judge Doyle’s fellow Judicial Misfit .
Judicial Commission rules that Judge Cathryn Doyle is an unabashed liar
As is the wont of the enablers and apologists sitting on state judicial commissions, they like to engage in a linguistic waltz when outing a fellow misfit for lying under oath. In this instance, the enablers on the NY Judicial Commission stated: “Respondent’s [that’d be Judge Doyle] investigative testimony concerning her knowledge of, and involvement in, the Spargo trust was inconsistent, misleading and evasive.”
The morons on the Judicial Commission had the chutzpah to state: “We note that respondent [Judge Doyle] is a respected judge who has had a lengthy career in public service and an unblemished record in seven years on the bench.” Give me a break boys and girls!!!
This is a judge who denied under oath in 2005 that she was aware that President Bill Clinton was impeached by the US House of Representatives. If true, which it clearly isn’t then she’s admitting to being a bigger moron than I suspected, right?
Denying knowledge that President Clinton was impeached is analogous to denying knowledge of any of the following well0-publicized facts:

If you or me engaged in “lying under oath” in an official proceeding or in open court, the powers-to-be wouldn’t call it “inconsistent, misleading or evasive.” They’d call it perjury because that’s exactly what it is, right? This is just further evidence that Judicial Misfits are consistently held to a much “lower standard of conduct” then we are!!! |
