Attorney Michael Dinney of Bryn Mawr, PA; cheerleader for Crooked Attorneys

The state of Pennsylvania presented Michael S. Dinney with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.

In one matter, Mikey was the Chair of an Attorney Disciplinary Panel that reviewed a law license reinstatement application submitted by attorney R. Elliott Toll who was convicted of one count of mail fraud, one count of aiding and abetting, and one count of obstruction of justice. He was subsequently sentenced to five (5) years in prison.

A more detailed story regarding Mike the Felon’s egregious criminal misconduct can be found by visiting the URL listed at the end of this article.

After donning a pair of Industrial Strength Knee Pads, Mikey voted in favor of the reinstatement of Toll’s law license. Mikey agreed with the laughable proposition that  was basically an upstanding citizen who would make the Pennsylvania Bar proud if he were reinstated. He went on to state:

  • He’s a responsible person
  • Didn’t hesitate to recommend that Toll be reinstated
  • Didn’t perceive his reinstatements to be detrimental to the public interest

According to this enabler for Crooked Lawyers, it is in the public’s interest to have a convicted felon practicing law in their area. Do you think Mikey has made similar comments or came to the defense of convicted thieves and/or assorted felons that aren’t members of the bar.

Apparently, Mikey is of the opinion that Toll had a constituitional right to earn a dishonest living practicing law in Pennsylvania.

Thanks to Mikey and those of his ilk, the good citizens living in Doylestown are now burdened with having yet another convicted felon practicing law in their area.

As we speak (ca. March 2019), Mikey practices his brand of law at 919 Conestoga Road in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania.
