Attorney Donald Lembo of Smithfield, RI; ambulance chaser

The state of Massachusetts provided Donald R. Lembo with a law license in 1967.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Donnie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Signed (forged) the names of three clients to their settlement checks
• Failed to consult with clients as to means to be used in pursuit of their claims
• Improper solicitation of clients (ambulance chasing)
• Violated or attempted to violate rules of conduct, knowingly assisted or induced another to do so or did so through the acts of another

As a consequence of his misconduct the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Rhode Island Supreme Court punished Donnie by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. June 2015) Donnie practices at 85 Douglas Pike in Smithfield, Rhode Island.
