Attorney Scott Henderson of Tempe; drunken convict

The state of Arizona presented Scott H. Henderson with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from the University of Indiana Law School.

The Arizona State Bar found Scotty guilty of the following misconduct.

Scotty was convicted of one count of endangerment, a class 6 designated felony, and one count of Driving Under the Influence (DUI), a class one misdemeanor.

Scotty’s convictions followed his arrest for driving erratically with a blood alcohol count of .309. At the time, Scotty nearly collided twice with a vehicle containing two people.

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Scotty’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He was previously disciplined for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Scotty by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. June 2015), Scotty practices with NewLAWus at 60 East Rio Salado Parkway in Tempe, Arizona.
