Attorney Dennis Wilenchik of Phoenix; ethical dwarf

The state of Arizona presented Dennis I. Wilenchik with a law license in 2008 after she graduated from South Texas University Law School.

The Arizona State Bar found Denny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide client with a fee agreement that failed to thoroughly explain the terms of his future charges to client 

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Denny by gifting him with a complimentary admonition.

As we speak (ca. June 2015), Denny practices with Wilenchik & Bartness PC at 2810 North Third Street in Phoenix, Arizona.
