Attorney Charlene Tarver of Phoenix; ethical misfit

The state of Arizona presented Jeffrey A. James with a law license in 2008 after she graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School.

The Arizona State Bar found Charlene guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to communicate with clients
  • Brought claims or asserted defenses when there was no good faith belief in the accuracy of same
  • Failure to file response on client’s behalf led to court dismissing client’s case

As a consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Charlene by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2015), Charlene practices with the Tarver Law Group PLLC at 2999 North 44th Street in Phoenix, Arizona.

Caution: Charlene does not carry legal malpractice insurance
