Attorney William Ketcham of Tucson; ethical dwarf

The state of Arizona presented William L. Ketcham with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from the University of Michigan Law School.

The Arizona State Bar found Billy guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Billy was retained by a client to represent her over an extended period of time. At a later date, the client invited Billy to a business meeting over dinner.

Subsequently, Billy and client became involved in a sexual relationship. This is just another case of a client getting screwed twice by an attorney.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. June 2015), Billy practices with Ketcham PC at 1670 East River Road in Tucson, Arizona.
