Attorney Kevin Van Norman of Scottsdale; ethical gremlin

The state of Arizona presented Kevin M. Van Norman with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from Whittier University Law School.

The Arizona State Bar found Kevin guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Wrote several checks on insufficient fund account (rubber)
• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Failed to perform monthly trust account reconcilations
• Converted client funds to personal use

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Kevin by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2015), Kevin practices with Van Norman & Van Norman PC at 7272 East Indian School Road in Scottsdale, Arizona.
