Attorney Nicholas Trenticosta of New Orleans; Dumbo

The state of Louisiana presented Nicholas J. Trenticosta with a law license in 1987.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Nicky guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (Dumbo)
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Nicky by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2015) Nicky practices at 7100 Saint Charles Avenue in New Orleans, Louisiana.
