Attorney Robert Clarke of Metairie, LA; ethical misfit

The state of Louisiana presented Robert N. Clarke with a law license in 1973 after he graduated from Southern University Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Mishandled client trust account
  • Issued checks from client trust account payable to cash
  • Conduct allowed client trust account to become overdrawn

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 6-month suspension of his law license

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Bobby.

As we speak (ca. June 2015) Bobby practices at 3009 20th Street in Metairie, Louisiana.
