Attorney Brian Condon Jr. of Winthrop, ME; cheating loser

The state of Maine presented Brian D. Condon Jr. with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from Western New England College Law School. 

The Maine Board of Bar Overseers of the found Brian guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Acted without candor towards a tribunal
• Failed to respect the rights of third persons
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Put forth claims and contentions that were meritless
• Filed suit for fees when no fee agreement existed

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maine Supreme Judicial Court punished Brian by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2015) Brian practices at 126 Main Street in Winthrop, Maine.
