Attorney E. John Domingues of Rockville, MD; ethical leprechaun

The state of Maryland presented E. John Domingues with a law license in 1986 after he graduated from American University Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Negligently misappropriated client funds
• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engage in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary 180-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. July 2016), Johnny practices with Domingues & Spiegelman at 932 Hungerford Drive in Rockville, Maryland.
