Attorney Kenneth Robinson of Rockville, MA; ethical dwarf

The District of Columbia presented Kenneth M. Robinson with a law license in 1969 after he graduated from the University of Chicago Law School.

The DC Court of Appeals found Kenny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Negligently misappropriated (stole) client funds
• Failed to promptly deliver funds to client
• Failed to assure firm’s compliance with disciplinary rules

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the DC Court of Appeals punished Kenny by gifting him with a complimentary 7-month suspension of his law license. 

As we speak (ca. June 2015) Kenny practices with The Robinson Firm at 15 West Montgomery Avenue in Rockville, Massachusetts.
