Attorney Kevin Cobbin of Jacksonville, FL; drunken loser

The state of Florida presented Kevin Michael Cobbin with a law license in 2003 after he graduated from Miami University Law School.

The Florida State Bar found Kevin guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Kevin pled no contest in court to Driving under the Influence (DUI) and was found guilty of DUI with property damages. He was later sentenced to 12 months of probation.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Kevin by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year term of probation.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Florida Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Kevin.
