Attorney Tami Diebel of Winter Park, FL; ethical dwarf

The state of Florida presented Tami Leigh Diebel with a law license in 2003 after she graduated from Stetson University Law School.

The Florida State Bar found Tami guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter,Tami was ordered by a court to provide an affidavit confirming the absence of any insurance coverage for her client and her client’s minor child. Ms. Diebel provided the court with an affidavit from her client, however, the affidavit failed to disclose to the court the existence of a homeowners insurance policy that covered both her client and her client’s minor child.

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Tami by gifting her with a complimentary 91-day suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. June 2015), Tami practices at 2640 North Lakemont Avenue in Winter Park, Florida.
