• Failed to promptly notify client of receipt of client funds

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on Disciplinary Counsel punished Carrie by gifting her with a complimentary 1-year term of probation.

In truth, the comedians sitting on Disciplinary Counsel didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Carrie.
