The state of Missouri presented John Coleman Shelhorse IV with a law license in 1995.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

·   Commingled client funds with personal funds

·   Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Johnny!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on Disciplinary Counsel punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on Disciplinary Counsel didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Johnny.

As we speak (ca. June 2015), Johnny practices with the Shelhorse Law Office at 1915 Cherokee Street in St. Louis, Missouri.
