The state of Missouri presented Robert Phillip Numrich with a law license in 1974 after he graduated from the University of Missouri.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to abide by client decisions regarding representation
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with clients
• Engaged in conduct that is prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation
• Failed to expedite litigation

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on Disciplinary Counsel punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on Disciplinary Counsel didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Bobby.
