Attorney Kenneth Leeds of St. Louis, MO; ethical misfit

The state of Missouri presented Kenneth A. Leeds with a law license in 1980. Kenny also received a law license from Illinois.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Kenny guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in a conflict of interest
  • Failed to deposit unearned fees in client trust account
  • Failed to separate funds involving dispute between two or more parties

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on Disciplinary Counsel punished Kenny by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on Disciplinary Counsel didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Kenny.

As we speak (ca. June 2015), Kenny practices at 906 Olive Street in St. Louis, Missouri.
