• Failed to deposit unearned fees in client trust account
• Failed to separate funds involving dispute between two or more parties
• Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on Disciplinary Counsel punished Charlie by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 6-month suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on Disciplinary Counsel didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Charlie.
