The state of Missouri presented Karl Walter Dickhaus with a law license in 1996 after he graduated from Washington University Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Karl guilty of the following misconduct.

• Violated or attempted to violate the Rules of Professional Conduct, knowingly assist or induce another to do so, or do so through the acts of another
  Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with clients

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on Disciplinary Counsel punished Karl by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 6-month suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on Disciplinary Counsel didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Karl.
