Judge Charles Cunningham Jr.  of Louisville, KY; ethical leprechaun

The state of Kentucky presented Charles Louis Cunningham Jr. with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from the University of Kentucky Law School.

The Kentucky Judicial Conduct Commission  found Charlie guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in secret actions that intentionally excluded prosecutors
  • Engaged in deceptive and reprehensible conduct
  • Repeatedly participated in improper ex parte ( one sided) communications

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Kentucky Supreme Court punished Charlie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. July 2018), Charlie continues to sit as a Jefferson County Circuit Court judge in Louisville, Kentucky.
