Attorney Arthur Blue III of Charlotte, NC; ethical gremlin

The state of North Carolina presented Arthur C. Blue III with a law license in 1974 after he graduated from the University of North Carolina Law School.

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar found Art guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Art represented a Ms. Annette Scott in a divorce case. During the representation Art engaged in inappropriate sexual contact with Ms. Scott.

As a consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar punished Art by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2015) Art practices at 16230 Redstone Mountain Lane in Charlotte, North Carolina.
