Attorney Brian Beasley of Greensboro, NC; ethical misfit

The state of North Carolina presented Bertram Ervin Brown II with a law license in 1997.

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar found Brian guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Facilitated entry of sham judgment of careless and reckless driving in order to have DWI case dismissed

As a consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar punished Brian by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2015) Brian practices at 4230 Brookhaven Drive in Greensboro, North Carolina.
