Attorney Cynthia Mills of Greenville, NC; lying loser

The state of North Carolina provided Cynthia A. Mills with a law license in 2004 after she graduated from Campbell University Law School.

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar found Cindy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to appear at scheduled court conference
• Filed frivolous and misleading motion to recuse a judge
• Abandoned client’s case
• Failed to communicate to client her intent to discontinue representation

As a consequence of her misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar punished Cindy by gifting her with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. June 2015) Cindy practices with the Law Office of Cynthia Mills at 200 West Third Street in Greenville, North Carolina.
