Attorney Jeffrey Johns of Olathe, KS; serial drunken convict

The sate of Kansas presented Jeffrey Michael Johns with a law license in 2004 after he graduated from the University of Kansas Law School.

The Kansas Board for Discipline of Attorneys found Jeff guilty of the following misconduct.

On two separate occasions, Jeff was convicted of driving under the influence (DUI). Within a year of his second conviction and while on probation, a Jackson County, Missouri deputy sheriff arrested Jeff for driving under the influence, for a third time.

Because it was Jeff’s third DUI, the Johnson County DA charged him with felony driving under the influence. Jeff subsequently pled guilty to the charge of felony DUI and was sentenced to serve 14 days in jail and 76 days of house arrest.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the patron saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Kansas Supreme Court punished Stevie by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (May 2015) Jeff practices at 12045 South Barth Road in Olathe, Kansas.
