During a recent (May 2015) interview with Un-Family Research Council President and Resident Comic Tony Perkins, Chief Justice Roy Moore of the Alabama Supreme Court stated that he believed the states should “resist” a potential U.S. Supreme Court decision on same-sex marriage. The Bigot went on to say that Congress and the states should just defy a court ruling they disagree with by stating “that there is no right to redefine marriage” in the U.S. Constitution. Roy went on to tell Perkins’ low I.Q. listeners:

• “We have justices on the Supreme Court right now who have actually performed same-sex marriages, Ginsburg and Kagan.”
• “Congress should do something about this.”

Roywent on to say that if Justice Ginsburg did not recuse (withdraw) from hearing the marriage equality case that Congress should commence impeachment proceedings against her. Fellow bigot and A-hole Perkins responded by saying:

• “This is undermining the rule of law in our country and ushers in an age of chaos.”

This is the same Roy Moore that was removed as Chief Justice of the Alabama Supreme Court for refusing to comply with a federal court order that he remove a monument of the Ten Commandments from the lobby of the Supreme Court.

Only a bigoted fool like Perkins would seek comment from a Judicial Misfit like Roy Moore. It is highly likely that he will again be removed from the bench for his conduct in ordering Alabama judges to ignore a federal court order regarding the issuance of marriage licenses to gay couples.
