Today’s “Bigot” Award Winner

This isn’t the first Award presented to Marco. In the past, he has been the recipient of three (21) Awards in various categories and/or the subject of one (1) opinion piece. Those awards and opinion piece are listed at the end of this article and can be viewed by going to the listed categories.

During a recent (May 2015) airing of The 700 Club Comedy Show, host and chief comedian Rev. Pat Robertson hailed GOP presidential hopeful Sen. Marco Rubio as “the Democrats” worst nightmare.” (Brian Tashman)

While being interviewed by David Brody, Sen. Rubio warned that gay marriage presented “a real and present danger” to America because gay rights advocates are determined to label any anti-gay messages, including those from churches, as “hate speech.” Marco the Bigot went on to say:

• “We are at the water’s edge of the argument that mainstream Christian teaching is hate speech because today we’ve reached the point in our society where if you do not support same-sex marriage, you are labeled a homophobe and a hater.”
• “So what’s the next step after that?”
• “After they’re done going after individuals, the next step is to argue that the teachings of mainstream Christianity, the catechism of the Catholic Church, is hate speech. That’s a real and present danger.”

It is painfully clear that Marco is willing to unmercifully attack members of the gay community for the sole purpose of obtaining the support of the bigots and homophobes in the GOP that he needs to win the nomination.

I wonder what Marco’s response is to the recent election in Ireland wherein the voters overwhelmingly voted in favor of same-sex marriage.

One must seriously question why Marco expends so much energy in his spewing forth hatred towards members of the gay community other than trolling for primary votes. Maybe we need to ask Marco the following question:

“What’s in your closet, Marco?”

Congrats Marco; keep up the good work! We should let everyone know of your amazing record as one of Americas Least Appreciated “Bigots”; you are far too
