Attorney John Henck of Beachwood, OH; ethical dwarf

The state of Ohio presented John Charles Henck with a law license in 1996 after he graduated from Case Western University Law School in Cleveland.

Disciplinary Counsel of the Ohio Supreme Court found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Joey failed to cooperate with ethics investigators regarding a complaint that was filed against him. In truth, Johnny told the investigators (Up yours!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary interim suspension of his law license.
