Attorney Robert Hoskins of Cincinnati; ethical gremlin

The state of Ohio presented Robert Hansford Hoskins with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from the University of Dayton Law School.

Disciplinary Counsel of the Ohio Supreme Court in conjunction with the Kentucky Bar Association found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to respond to numerous client phone calls
• Failed to appear at scheduled meeting with client in divorce case
• Failed to respond to client request to refund unearned fees
• Failed to withdraw representation as required
• Failed to provide accounting to client

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. May 2015) Bobby practices with the Law Offices of Robert H. Hoskins at 1040 Richwood Avenue in Cincinnati, Ohio.
