Attorney Brett Jaspers of Corvallis, OR; ethical leprechaun

The state of Oregon provided Brett Corey Jaspers with a law license in 1998.

The Oregon State Bar found Brett guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to advise court of all material facts in ex parte (one sided) proceeding
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in illegal ex parte communications
• Obtained improper court order by misleading trial court
• Failed to serve order on opposing party
• Significantly interfered with father’s custodial rights
• Acted knowingly and negligently
• Potential for substantial injury being suffered by father

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Brett by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2015) Brett practices with Brett Jaspers Attorney at Law PC at 129 NW Fourth Street in Corvallis, Oregon.
