Attorney Glen Weber of Rockford, IL; ethical leprechaun

The state of Illinois presented Glen Weber with a law license in 1987 after he graduated from Loyola University Law School.

The Disciplinary Commission found Glen guilty of the following misconduct.

While employed as the State’s Attorney of Jo Daviess County, Glen made improper statements to juries in four criminal cases by alluding to matters he did not reasonably believe to be relevant and by making prejudicial statements about defendants.

In one of the cases, the Court of Appeals ruled that the improper statements by Glen deprived the defendant of a fair trial.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Glen by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. June 2015), Glen practices with Brassfield, Krueger & Ramlow Ltd. at 1491 South Bell School Road in Rockford, Illinois.
