Attorney Marianne Hannigan of Belleville, IL; lying loser

The state of Illinois presented Marianne Mann Hannigan with a law license in 1900.

The Disciplinary Commission found Marianne guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to comply with court orders in several appeals in the U.S. Court of of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit
• Submitted letter to Court of Appeals which she falsely represented had been drafted and signed by her personal physician
• Made false representations to ethics investigators (Up yours, said Marianne!)
• Left threatening telephone message to an attorney

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Marianne by gifting her with a complimentary 6-month suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. May 2015), Marianne practices with the Law Office of M. Anne Hannigan & Associates at 339 Radcliff Road in Belleville, Illinois.
