Attorney John Carroll of Naperville, IL; lying loser

The state of Illinois presented John Paul Carroll with a law license in 1976 after he graduated from John Marshall Law School in Chicago.

The Disciplinary Commission found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to convey plea offer from prosecutor to two separate clients
• Improperly advanced funds to a client
• Made false statements to the court and prosecutor

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. May 2015), Johnny practices with John Paul Carroll & Associates at 608 South Washington Street in Naperville, Illinois.
