• Neglected a client’s case
• Convicted of driving with a revoked license
• Failed to report criminal convictions to the Disciplinary Commission

• Engaged in the illegal practice of law while license suspended
• Made a material misrepresentation (lied) to a tribunal

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.
